Remigrating RoseRT models

If you initially migrated your Rose RealTime (RoseRT) model to DevOps Model RealTime and later made changes to your original RoseRT model, you may need to update your DevOps Model RealTime project to reflect those changes. Follow these steps for a clean re-migration:

  1. Close the existing Model RealTime project: Before re-migrating, close the Model RealTime project you originally migrated

Note: If you skip this step, the new RoseRT import may partially merge with the open project, causing conflicts or unexpected behavior.

  1. Import the updated RoseRT model: Import the modified RoseRT model (the one updated after the first migration) as a new project.

  2. Reopen your Model RealTime project: Once the updated RoseRT model has been imported, reopen the Model RealTime project you closed in Step 1.

  3. Combine the models: Use the Combine Models… command to merge the updated RoseRT model into your existing Model RealTime project. This ensures your original project is synchronized with the latest RoseRT changes.

This opens the Combine Models dialog which helps to update your project with the latest changes from RoseRT.
